«Numbers and logical thinking was always my thing, even as a child. Ever since my first job I knew that accounting is going to be my calling. In stressful situations, my sisters and I sometimes made jokes about what job would be the most relaxing. My answer was ‘doing accounting’. The balance of posting debit and credit entries somehow seems calming to me.
In the past 18 months however, I cheated on accounting and studied computer science for 3 semesters. This is not only the future but it was also always of interest to me.
The reason to set up my own company is simply to help others. Individuals, companies, expats, start-ups, future company founders and whoever needs my help and support. Usually, accounting and administration work is seen as a necessary evil. Tax returns are a pain every year. The whole topic with internet, websites and software is overwhelming and sometimes confusing. However, I do enjoy this kind of work and I am very happy to take over these tasks.
